SHIPPING:
To keep consumer costs down, tarts are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Any damages that may occur while in transit, due to mishandling, should be addressed with your local US Post Office, as we cannot control how your tarts are handled once it leaves our possession.
Production time is approximately 7 days, dependent upon product demand. This DOES NOT include shipping time! Items are shipped via PRIORITY MAIL and usually arrives within 2-5 days once shipped, dependent on location.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the following:
Delayed or undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please make sure that you have provided the correct zip code, street #, apartment # or type of street (Blvd., Rd., Ave., etc.). Please be aware that we instruct the shipping carrier that no signature is required. Otherwise, it could take the tarts beyond their shelf life to be delivered to the correct address. Carrier may leave tarts at the door if there is no one home. However, carrier may choose, at its sole discretion, not to leave a package at the door if they feel it would be unsafe for any reason. Carrier instead will leave a tag indicating how to arrange pickup or another delivery time.
Undelivered tarts or delays in the receipt of tarts due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please be advised that baked goods may contain or come in contact with pineapple or other allergens.
